I did rather like putting this one out on the weekend before Black Friday.
Apparently this is the first episode with an exclamation point in the title. This seems like a shocking oversight.
I liked that the managers turned out not to be the villains.
And a proper monster. Well, nearly.
On the other hand, the System killed Kira to try to discourage the villain and that went unanswered.
(The System which recruited the Doctor based on her purchasing history and put her in Maintenance right next to the villain, by the way.)
Not the scariest bubble wrap in Who history, either.
