Eleven plots from David Bowie's Reality

For David Bowie’s birthday, following and The Next Day, going back another album to plot hooks inspired by the song titles for Reality:

New Killer Star
There’s a new star in the sky tonight... well, actually it’s the blazing wreckage of a Dalek warship heading straight for us.

Pablo Picasso
The Stranger needs the help of the painter to uncover the mystery of his most abstract canvases suddenly going blank all over the world.

Never Get Old
... by replacing your heart with a Time Lord’s. They have two, they might even survive the removal!

The Loneliest Guy
Living in the middle of a city, but somehow never connecting with anyone. Little does he know that a quantum distortion is responsible... and someone placed it on him on purpose.

Looking For Water
A colony world turned desert overnight, but how?

She’ll Drive The Big Car
1929, and Helle Nice is all set to break the land speed record, but someone is out to sabotage her attempt with deadly results.

Days
The TARDIS takes a knock, and needs a full day (local planetary time) between jumps.

Fall Dog Bombs The Moon
2047, and the crew of a moonbase declares independence. Its corporate owners bring in a private military contractor to quell the revolt.

Try Some, Buy Some
Back home for the modern companions... and everybody’s talking about a new brand of sweets. I’m sure there’s nothing strange about that...

Reality
The crew return to find that no-one knows who they are, or what they’ve done. No record of alien invasions or time distortions. The world is how they thought it was before they met the Stranger. But how?

Bring Me The Disco King
1976, and some confused aliens wish to do ceremonial battle with the champion of Earth, guessing incorrectly that this ranking is based on how spectacularly they dress. Can the TARDIS crew find someone for the dance-off to end all dance-offs?
