Four adventures for the price of a decent sized chocolate bar, previous editions of the rules and sourcebooks at lower tiers, and both the current edition and the D&D version as well as the new anniversary adventure books added at the top which still gives you change from twenty quid and includes a donation to Children In Need.
Think I might get these, thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteI bought the original box set when it came out, and have yet to get it to the table. Recently I picked up the 12th Doctor cover main book when my FLGS was selling them off, and saw the newest box set with 13. I want to play this game, but more than other games, it need players to know the world a little I feel, which is harder here than in the UK
You're welcome!
DeleteAnd yes, it definitely hits a specific tone. (True of a fair few other games, especially licenced ones, having seen some... interesting takes on the likes of Star Trek over the years.)
