Funny you should mention Cushing. I've long been sorely tempted to run a DW campaign using Cushing as the First Doctor and with everything else open to re-imagining. Players would create their own incarnations of the Doctor and companions. Non-Dalek threats like the Cybermen will have new spins. Sort of an "Ultimate Doctor Who" approach, I suppose.
